If New England were to fully secede from the United States, what would your policies on immigration be like?

Immigration is a complicated subject. If an immigrant assimilates at least somewhat, we’ll just treat them as if they were a native since New England is ethnically diverse. However, we would like immigration to require the person to live here for at least a couple of years to make sure that it is really what they want.

What about LGBT rights?

As long as both partners are either both adults or both minors (or at least very close in age, such as 17 and 19) and are not related, it’s none of our business and we will support you. As for trans people, our view is this: as long as you have clinical gender dysphoria, we will support you.

Are you left-wing or right-wing?

We do not attach ourselves to either label. We are not experts in “who is left-wing and who is right-wing,” so we’ll let those people decide.
